Most funding agents fail because they sound like they're begging. When you chase a prospect, they run. When you try to "convince" someone they need money, you've already lost the frame. High-ticket brokering isn't about persuasion; it's about disqualification.
The "Anti-Sales" script is built on one core truth: Business owners who actually qualify for $50k+ in funding are busy. They don't have time for a "discovery call." They have a fire to put out, and they need to know if you are the one with the extinguisher.
The Frame: You Are the Prize
You aren't a solicitor asking for a minute of their time. You are a Capital Consultant with access to $250M in lending power. You are the gatekeeper to the cash they need to solve their revenue bottlenecks.

The 3 Magic Questions
Before you even mention a lender like ROK Financial or DAC, you must ask these three questions to regain control of the conversation:
- "What happens if you *don't* get this funding in the next 7 days?" (This identifies the cost of inaction).
- "What is the specific ROI on this capital?" (If they can't answer, they are a high-default risk).
- "Besides yourself, who else needs to approve this wire?" (This identifies the hidden decision-makers).
Stop selling money. Start selling the outcome that the money provides. If they don't have a clear outcome, disqualify them and move to the next lead.
